Elizabeth Docter is the owner and head Pizzaiola behind Lizzy's Pizza Party. She was born and raised in South Dakota and spent about 10 years in the San Francisco Bay area working in the medical field. It was here that her love for pizza was "ignited" after reading a magazine article about grilling pizza at home. Through the years the recipes and techniques have evolved, and her love for pizza has grown exponentially.

 

In 2014, she moved back to South Dakota with her husband and two children and has been testing her recipes on family and friends ever since.

In 2019 she created Lizzy's Pizza Party so that she could share her pizza with the world (starting with NE South Dakota).
